IVE’s Rei (REI) and Liz (LIZ) made a striking impression at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week.
On January 28, Rei and Liz—new ambassadors for the Maison—attended the Valentino Haute Couture 2026 “Specula Mundi” collection show, adding star power to the event. At the show in Paris, France, the two appeared as brand ambassadors representing Korea and Japan, commanding attention with their presence.
Rei and Liz captivated on site with contrasting looks from the Spring/Summer 2026 “Fireflies” collection.

Rei paired an elegant, softly contoured skirt—crafted with the Maison’s signature savoir-faire—with a floral-pattern blouse highlighted by flower detailing, presenting a delicate yet polished look.

Liz completed a captivating look in a classic ivory tone inspired by the Maison’s archives, finished with the signature bow detail emblematic of the house.
Both carried the Valentino Garavani Duvet bag, an iconic Maison accessory that adds a modern sensibility to a classic silhouette for a supple yet stylish appeal. It comes in a wide range of styles, from casual denim for everyday wear to elegant velvet, as well as versions featuring intricate embroidery meticulously finished with the Maison’s craftsmanship.
Meanwhile, the show unfolded in a space reimagined as a contemporary altar, inspired by the Kaiserpanorama—an optical device invented in Europe in the late 19th century. Through a distinctive runway designed to let viewers discreetly peer inside from the outside, creative director Alessandro Michele poses fundamental questions about vision and the gaze. In an era of digital information overload, he proposes fashion as a ritual act rather than mere consumption, presenting a collection that spotlights the Maison’s craftsmanship while remaining distinctly contemporary.
